In a world increasingly overtaken by AI, the thing that we must fear losing is not merely jobs, but our own human minds. As people offload their writing to AI, they also offload their thinking. But AI is only data and data can only look backwards. Humanity looks forward. The Republic of Plato is a foundational text that teaches us how to think like human beings. Join Megha Lillywhite in this ten week journey starting June 20th with weekly lessons that include:

  1. Reading and summarising key ideas from each book of Plato’s republic
  2. How to summarize complex texts in your own words
  3. How to allow the work of Plato to inspire and structure your own writing and thinking process
  4. Weekly marked writing assignments from a best-selling Substack author who has hundreds of paid subscribers writing about philosophy

Many people teach Plato, but you must learn how to read it yourself and to articulate your own thoughts about it. If you want to stop listening to everyone else’s opinion and start being able to find and articulate your own voice, this course is for you.
